B.E.S.T. Session

Service Description

A therapeutic and healing modality that first calms the sympathetic nervous system to help you step out of fight or flight, balance your body, and learn how to heal physical pain, emotional wounding and unprocessed trauma. The session includes therapy to excavate the root of physical, emotional, mental and relational dis-ease and what is suppressed, or repressed or dysregulating. Working with the energetic field and with the subconscious mind aims to neutralize and reprogram patterns of thought, behaviors, and action. Each session builds on the next and helps you become more empowered, healthy, relationally balanced, and full of vitality in your life. Sessions include talk therapy to excavate what is causing physical, mental or emotional pain and include either a B.E.S.T. session and/or deep energetic clearing and healing work. B.E.S.T. sessions focus on mind-body healing, growth and ascension, moving away from shadow work into light work. This is all along the lines of alchemical work in the process of awakening, transformation, embodying and grounding it out. Using keen intuition and numerous therapeutic techniques, Kimia expertly guides clients through the physiological and spiritual terrain of the inner landscape. Trained in trauma theory, shamanic work, and nervous system recalibration, Kimia holds the subtle space for people to integrate the lessons of their personal path, so they can move toward peace. All scheduled sessions are remote and via zoom or telephone.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled within one week are non transferrable. Online therapeutic sessions may be transferred and used within 30 days from the date of cancellation for another remote session or event. Due to limited space, all in person workshops and sessions are non-refundable and are not transferable.
